About me
Heather Carroll (she/her) is a freelance instructional designer with experience in curriculum design and educational development across the post-secondary sector. She is the creator of anti-racist adult learning programs across Atlantic Canada, Alberta and Ontario. She holds a Master's of International Higher Education from Loyola University Chicago, and a Master's of Learning and Teaching from Harvard University.
