Fergal is the Acting Dean in the School of Education and Professional Learning at Trent and a member of the Provosts Artificial Intelligence Working Group. As an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology, Fergal has a strong professional interest in effective pedagogy and has done research in the areas of course design and interventions to promote self-regulation among university students.
